Welcome to the Association of National Stakeholders in Traffic Safety Education (ANSTSE) Home Page.
ANSTSE consists of voluntary national stakeholders dedicated to initiating improvements in the administration of driver education and is responsible for maintaining the Novice Teen Driver Education and Training Administrative Standards (NTDETAS).
This site is designed to assist States in their efforts to enhance their State-wide driver education programs by providing valuable resources such as standards, an implementation guide, guidelines, model instructor training materials, state assessment reports, presentations, webinars, research papers, reports, facts and statistics.
Additionally, this site provides information on how States can request State Consultation Services to meet the NTDETAS and make improvements in their State-wide driver education program.
