Abstract
This report contains preliminary fatality data from 2011 for teenage drivers according to state. Overall, the data showed deaths of 16- and 17-year-old drivers in 2011 were relatively low, and suggested the implementation of GDL frameworks in many states contributed to delines in fatalities among this population of drivers.
