Abstract
This document provides an overview of relevant distracted driving laws across the US as of the date of publication. It describes jurisdictions with comprehensive distracted driving laws as compared to states only banning messaging while driving. It also highlights states with stronger data collection strategies and contains a table of state distracted driving laws.
