Abstract
This factsheet summarizes information presented in the ADTSEA Curriculum version 2.0 and by Public Service Information SAE International. It specifically covers the topics of blindzones and how to manage them. It discusses how blindzones are created, the effects of glare on blindzones, and demonstrates the limits of relying upon mirrors to manage blindzones. It also presents enhanced mirror strategies and shoulder checking to help minimize blindzones.
