Abstract
These fact sheets provide detailed information on what the States are currently doing regarding driver education. The data provides information for both public driver education and private (commercial) driver education schools. Information was not available for all States. These are marked “Information not available.” The information collected is based on the Novice Teen Driver Education and Training Administrative Standards (NTDETAS) sections. ANSTSE has developed these Fact Sheets with assistance from the State administrators responsible for driver education. The information was collected from 2019 – 2020.
